Dear SeaDreamers,

I’m thrilled to be aboard as the newest member of SEADREAM’S executive team. I’ve spent many years in the cruise industry, but yachting is something else! I’m hooked. I’ve been spending a lot of time aboard SEADREAM I & II, getting my feet wet, so to speak. I’m very impressed with the crew aboard both yachts and the level of service they deliver daily. The product is already one that I am very proud and fortunate to be associated with.

I’ve come away with many thoughts and ideas on how to enhance and improve your experience onboard. My role is to understand and meet your needs and anticipate your desires. That means starting with basics like recruiting the right people for the right jobs and providing training so that every crew member is capable, knowledgeable, professional and passionate about what they do.

You will see continued focus on treating each guest as an individual. We want crew members that are respectful, knowledgeable and take the time to surprise you. I understand that you want entertaining experiences of exceptional quality and SEADREAM wants to provide you an experience you can’t get anywhere else.

The measure of an extraordinary experience onboard begins the moment you step onto our gangway, where energetic crew members with megawatt smiles greet you on deck. The quality of the product will be evident, from the stunning floral decorations to the talented pianist. At day’s end you’ll climb into a plush bed of rich linens and your pillow gift echoes “thank you for being our guest”. With a guest-to-staff ratio of nearly 1:1, personal attention shall be beyond compare.

I look at it this way…take everything wonderful about grand hotels, subtract everything that is strict, confining, snobby, arrogant, formal, claustrophobic, antiquated or intimidating and what you have is SEADREAM.

Critical to your enjoyment and pleasure, I will continue to review the product and services to ensure they meet & exceed your expectations. That includes absolute consistency and continuous crew training. Regularly measuring results, taking action and celebrating successes. At the top of my list is a focus on our having the best service, best food, best spa and therapists, highest repeat guest factor and most satisfied crew! That’s just my short list.
