BEQUIA HIGHLIGHTS

Bequia is the northernmost and largest of the Grenadines, just seven square miles of quiet lagoons, reefs, and long silvery stretches of beach. Among the first things you will notice are the colorful model boats set up on stands around the tiny harbor, representing the island’s maritime history. Travel today to the "Moon Hole." Moonhole’s unique architectural style is based on the concept of living in harmony with nature and taking full advantage of the Caribbean environment. These Flintstonesque houses are built on sites overlooking the sea, maximizing both views and breezes. Their primary building materials are local stone, exotic woods, cement, whalebone and treasures of dubious value recovered from the sea. Construction began and the homes evolved on their own, without plans, from the contours of the land, rocks and trees with individual personalities. Next, proceed to Sergent’s Model Shop and witness raw materials transform from various stages into model boats. A replica of HMS Britannia was created here for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth on her official visit to Bequia in 1985. Delight in the details of the craftsmanship before returning to the yacht.
Notes: Visiting Moonhole involves traversing more than 20 uneven steps at the site.

BEQUIA SPORT FISHING

Come join your local captain and his crew as you go for the "big one" on this exciting sport fishing trip for both amateur and serious fishers. You can charter the boat on your own, or or get up to five friends to join in the fun. Whether it’s an all out off shore hunt for the bigger fish such as Dorado, Wahoo, Tuna and Sailfish, or trolling along the scenic coastline for Kingfish, Barracuda and a variety of Jack or bottom fishing for Grouper, Snapper and other reef fish, "TIGHT LINE" is the shout. Beer, soft drinks, water, & light snacks are available onboard, and all equipment and bait is provided.
Notes: The price is for the boat, which holds up to six. Because SeaDream has no control over the quality of fish caught, please be advised that in the interest of your safety fish caught on your excursion will not be accepted onboard the yacht. We recommend you enjoy the sport, but release your catch.

UNIQUE MUSTIQUE

Five miles from Bequia lies the elite private island of Mustique, whose privileged residents include the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Princess Margaret, and Mick Jagger, all of whom own homes here. Today's Yachting Adventure is designed to allow you maximum freedom to explore this luxurious vacation retreat. On the powerboat sail from Bequia to Mustique, you'll have a chance to see the unusual homes set in natural rock formations dubbed "The Moon Hole" and sail past the historic whaling station of Petit Nevis. Once ashore, the day is yours. You'll find Mustique to be a perfect blend of simplicity, comfort and sophistication that appeals to a cosmopolitan clientele. Visit the island on your own or hire a guide. There are only three open- back vans in Mustique, so if you'd like to arrange a tour the boat's skipper can call ahead for you. Or you may decide to swim or snorkel in the crystal waters, have a look at the fishing villages, or shop in the quaint boutiques. A lunch box from SeaDream will be available, or you may opt to eat at one of the local restaurants. After approximately four hours to enjoy Mustique, sail back to Bequia and SeaDream.
Notes: Punch, fruit juice and snorkel gear are available on board. Be sure to bring your swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. A minimum number of participants is required to operate, and space is limited.
