This SeaDream Land Adventure is designed for guests that are in transit or those who have late flights. Kindly note the adventure starts and finishes at the Cruise Terminal. The image conjured by Panama is generally that of the spectacular Canal, considered by many as one of the eighth wonders of the world, and rightly so. The new Observation Center of the Canal Expansion, located in Colon Panama, is a park style concept based on open platforms and roofed terraces, ,built in an area of four hectares, 400 visitors, simultaneously, will be able to enjoy in this new center, the construction of the new locks of the Panama Canal in the Atlantic. At the same time, from its privileged location, visitors see the majestic Gatun Lake, where ships continue their transit through the waterway. Your return transfer to Panama City will allow you to see the magnificent Centennial Bridge. Your last stop will be the Miraflores Locks Visitors Center, pause and view the gargantuan ships that make their way through the Miraflores Locks’ chambers and visit exhibitions, which include historical objects of Canal operations, interactive modules, video presentations, and models of the Panama Canal. Four exhibition halls, organized by themes, constitute the heart of the Miraflores Visitors Center. Then, it is back to the pier and your SeaDream Yacht, filled with knowledge and history making your stay in Panama far more interesting.
Notes: Depending on canal scheduling, you may or may not actually see vessels in the lock chambers at Miraflores Locks Itinerary may run in reverse order. Guests are requested to wear comfortable shoes and light clothes. Sunglasses, sunscreen and hats are recommended. A minimum participation is required to operate all Yachting Land Adventures and some have limited capacity.
